The City of Ottawa is accepting online utility bill payments by credit and debit cards, checking or savings. The credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. To use one of these click on the link below and fill out the Billing Information fields located on the form and select your payment method. On the right side of your screen are the instructions for making your online payment. Please follow the instructions carefully, failure to do so could result in a delinquent or late payment. Late fees will still apply. As an option, a receipt can be emailed to you verifying receipt of your payment.
